SPONSOR A PROJECT
Your financial support helps us provide programs and services so that we can develop more college grads, community leaders, and entrepreneurs. Below are descriptions of the different initiatives that would benefit greatly from your generous contributions:
SPONSOR FUNDRAISING EVENTS:
Each year, BBBS hosts our two signature fundraising events, Bowl for Kids' Sake and our Annual Gala. BFKS is a multi-night fun-filled bowling event with prizes, games and family friendly competition. Community members and companies form bowling teams of 4-6 people to raise funds to support mentoring. They then celebrate their success with a night of bowling. Our Annual Gala is the BIGGEST night of the year! Bigs, Littles, Sponsors and special guests come together to celebrate another year of mentoring and changing lives in Dane County. It is a spectacular night full of inspiring stories, live and silent auctions, and BIG raffles. All the funds raised at the Dream BIG Gala support BBBS programs and help create life-long meaningful mentoring relationships.
SPONSOR PROGRAM EVENTS:
Throughout the year, BBBS holds a variety of events and activities for Bigs, Littles and families to attend. We have two distinct groups to serve (elementary ages and high school teenagers), which means more activities to ensure that the needs of each group are being met. By sponsoring a program activity, you can create new and fun opportunities for our Matches and their families.
SPONSOR A SCHOOL SITE:
BBBS has partnered with several schools in Dane County to be a part of our School Friends Program. These school sites are always looking for sponsors, whether that's with a monetary gift or a donation of needed supplies. This support can provide more activity opportunities to Littles and their Bigs like arts and crafts, board games, etc.
HOST A THIRD-PARTY EVENT:
If you are part of organizing a fundraiser for your group or company, consider making BBBS the beneficiary of your event. Third-party events can be as simple as a jeans day at work or a more involved event such as a golf tournament or 5k.
