SPONSOR A PROJECT

Your financial and in-kind donations help us provide programs, services, and experiences that build stronger thinkers, learners, and leaders. Here’s how you can get involved:

SPONSOR FUNDRAISING EVENTS:

Each year, BBBS hosts our two signature fundraising events, THE HUNT and The Dream BIG Gala. The success of these events is made possible through generous businesses and individuals stepping up to sponsor and attend. So, get your company involved as a sponsor, and gather your friends, family, and colleagues to participate! To learn more, contact Bethany Ordaz, Special Events Manager, at bordaz@bbbsmadison.org or 608-661-5437 ext. 111.

PARTNER ON PROGRAM EVENTS:

Throughout the year, BBBS hosts a variety of events/activities for Matches to attend. These Match Engagement opportunities both deepen the connection between Big/Little, and deepen the connection with our agency, which ultimately creates longer and more impactful Matches. We rely on partnerships with individuals and businesses for these events, whether they’re giving monetarily as a sponsor, offering in-kind space for an event, facilitating an activity, etc. With Littles ranging from age 6-18, and interests as varied as the 500+ Littles we serve, we’re always looking for something new--please consider partnering with us on a program event! To learn more, reach out to Genna Sticha, Operations Coordinator, at gsticha@bbbsmadison.org or 608-661-5437 ext. 101.

DONATE AN EXPERIENCE:

Dane County is filled with fun and engaging experiences--sporting events, concerts, plays, community markets--the list is endless! Our Matches love attending these events, and we love making them more accessible. If you have tickets to an event that will go unused, consider donating them to BBBS. We’ll make them available to our Matches and put your experiences to good use! Ticket donations are tax-deductible. To learn more, reach out to Genna Sticha, Operations Coordinator, at gsticha@bbbsmadison.org or 608-661-5437 ext. 101.

HOST A THIRD-PARTY EVENT:

If you are part of organizing a fundraiser for your group or company, consider making BBBS the beneficiary of your event. Third-party events can be as simple as a jeans day at work or a more involved event such as a golf tournament or 5k. To learn more, contact Bethany Ordaz, Special Events Manager, at bordaz@bbbsmadison.org or 608-661-5437 ext. 111.
