For six decades, we’ve been igniting potential, building lasting connections, and strengthening our community through the power of one-to-one mentoring.
As we celebrate this legacy, we’re also looking forward. And in honor of our 60th year, we’re launching our new Alumni Ambassador Program, an initiative designed to formally engage former Bigs and Littles in shaping the future of BBBS.
Our Alumni Ambassadors will play a key role in:
• Advancing fundraising efforts to support more Matches
• Expanding community outreach and awareness
• Sharing their stories to inspire the next generation of Bigs, Littles, and supporters
This anniversary isn’t just about reflecting on 60 years of impact; it’s about activating the people who helped build this legacy. Together, with our alumni leading the way, we’re building long-term visibility, capacity, and sustainability for the next 60 years and beyond.

OFFICIAL 60TH ANNIVERSARY ARTIST
Stefan Matioc is a celebrated muralist and visual artist known for his distinctive free-flowing line work that animates walls and public spaces throughout the city. His bold, spontaneous style, rooted in improvisation and intuitive drawing, has become a familiar and beloved part of Madison’s creative landscape, with murals and public art appearing across local businesses, venues, and community spaces.
Stefan’s work blends humor, simplicity, and emotion, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and connect. His art often transforms everyday spaces into moments of joy and curiosity, reinforcing Madison’s reputation as a vibrant and creative community.
A committed supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County, Stefan has contributed his talents to elevate the organization’s mission and milestones. He designed the 2026 60th Anniversary logo, celebrating six decades of mentorship and impact, and appeared as a live visual artist at the 2021 Dream BIG Gala at Breese Stevens Field, where his real-time artwork energized the event and brought creativity to life.
